 The worship ministry is broken down into 3 functional sub-areas which work in combination to fulfill our mission: - The ‘Worship Team’ consists of the musicians and singers directed by Jim Czebiniak.
- This group leads music and worship at the second service and other special events.
- The membership includes members from all ages and musical backgrounds.
- Some people from the youth band ‘Joy Furnace’ are also members.
- The Sound Ministry is a support ministry headed by Arnie Blanck. This group is responsible for the following:
- Provide personnel at church services and other functions to operate the sound system.
- Manage needed support equipment. This includes repair, procurement recommendations and industry/technology awareness.
- Set up the necessary equipment for services and events
- Record events where requested
- Train personnel in performing the above functions.
- The Projection Ministry is a support ministry that runs the projection system. This group is responsible for the following:
- Provide projection of words to songs during worship services.
- Work with the worship leader in supporting what the Lord is doing during the services.
- Maintain the songs, backgrounds and picture database
- Enhance the service visually with reinforcement of the messages and direction the Lord is giving during the service.
- Be aware of current video technologies and techniques and make recommendations to the worship leader.
- Work with the Sound Ministry director regarding equipment maintenance, upkeep and technology awareness.

Worship Ministry News

We have a great need for additional staff in all areas. With the completion of the new facility this need will become greater. - Projection ministry has not been available for the 8:00 Sunday service because we are understaffed. This is a situation I would like to correct as soon as possible. I am also looking for a person to manage this group.
- I would like to increase the worship team staff. We need male voices.
- The sound ministry needs additional staff as well. The goal is to have a large enough staff to cover the needs so that people don’t get over scheduled.
Both spiritual and technology training is provided for all areas. Music ability is not necessarily a requirement since many of the support functions require talents and abilities in other areas.
