MAKING PEACE WITH YOUR PAST:
Help for Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families

This is a 12 week class, using the workbook by Tim Sledge.
 
These classes will provide opportunity for discussion and growth on issues written about in the workbook with the goal of improving your relationships, and bringing you closer to God. You will identify, understand and unlock problems and feelings from childhood experiences and
move toward healing and forgiveness.

Some of the weekly topics include:
• *Traits of a dysfunctional family
• *Why is being me so hard?  Finding your true identity.
• *Overcoming the fear of joy
• *Help for people who grew up too soon.
• *Recognizing compulsive behaviors
• *Release from shame
• *The advantages of a turbulent past
• *Receiving blessings.

Join us on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30.

Child care is provided for toddlers through age 12..
