Building Strong Minds and Christ-Centered Hearts
At Our Savior’s Christian School, we believe education should nurture the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to partner with families to cultivate students who are academically prepared, spiritually grounded, socially confident, and equipped to live out their God-given purpose. From our youngest preschool learners through our growing upper grades, holistic development is woven into every part of the OSCS experience.
A Christ-Centered Foundation
Faith is at the heart of everything we do. Students engage daily in prayer, Bible instruction, and Christ-centered conversations that help them understand who they are in God’s eyes. We encourage students to grow in character, compassion, and integrity, learning to serve others and lead with humility. Spiritual formation is not just a class—it is a lifestyle modeled by our teachers and practiced throughout the school day.
Academic Excellence with Purpose
We challenge students to think critically, communicate clearly, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Our rigorous academic program is designed to meet students where they are and help them grow with confidence. Small class sizes allow teachers to know each student personally, providing individualized support and encouragement. As we expand to include high school beginning with 9th grade and adding a grade each year, we remain committed to preparing students for college, career, and life with strong academic and biblical foundations.
Social & Emotional Growth
Healthy relationships and emotional well-being are essential to student success. At OSCS, students learn to collaborate, problem-solve, and treat others with kindness and respect. Through classroom interactions, group projects, and community activities, students build confidence and resilience in a supportive, family-like environment where they are known and valued.
Creative, Physical, and Experiential Learning
Holistic development includes opportunities for students to explore their interests and talents beyond the classroom. Students participate in athletics, fine arts, music, service projects, and hands-on learning experiences that encourage creativity, teamwork, and leadership. These experiences help students discover their strengths, build perseverance, and grow in confidence.
Partnering with Families
We believe parents are a child’s first and most important teachers. OSCS partners closely with families to support each student’s growth spiritually, academically, and personally. Together, we create a consistent, nurturing environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and inspired to thrive.
Preparing Students for Life
Our goal is not only to educate students for today, but to equip them for the future. Through a balanced approach that integrates faith, academics, character development, and real-world skills, OSCS students graduate prepared to succeed in high school, college, and beyond—grounded in faith and ready to make a meaningful impact in the world.
At OSCS, holistic development means helping students grow into confident learners, compassionate leaders, and faithful followers of Christ—ready for whatever path God has prepared for them.
