Preschool Arrival Times

Our preschool program follows a structured arrival process to ensure a calm and safe start to the day for our youngest learners.

Quick Reference:

7:30–7:55 a.m. – Registered Early Care preschool students may arrive at the main cafeteria

8:00–8:10 a.m. – First assigned rolling arrival window

8:10–8:20 a.m. – Second assigned rolling arrival window

By 8:20 a.m. – All preschool students should be in their classrooms

8:30 a.m. – Students arriving after this time are considered late 

K-5th Grade Arrival Times

K–5th Grade

Our school day begins with morning arrival starting at 7:30 a.m. Students should arrive by 8:05 a.m. to join their classmates in the gym for morning announcements and pledges.

Quick Reference:

7:30 a.m. – Doors open for early car drop-off

7:50 a.m. – Buses may begin dropping off students

8:05 a.m. – Students should be in the gym for morning announcements and pledges

8:15 a.m. – Students arriving at or after this time are considered late and must be signed in by a parent/guardian at the main office

Upper School | Grades 6–9 Arrival Times

Upper School students should arrive with enough time to be ready for the start of their school day at 8:05 a.m. Students arriving at or after 8:05 a.m. are considered late.
